3 Ingredient Minty Chocolate Covered Pretzels




Make these minty chocolate sweet and salty pretzel bites for the mint chocolate lover in your life and I guarantee you that they will love you foreeever! 

You can even change up the color of the sprinkles to match any holiday or event! There are just so many wonderful possibilities with the recipe!

INGREDIENTS
  • 20-25 mini pretzel twists
  • ½ C. Wilton Mint Chocolate candy melts
  • Sprinkles (optional)
DIRECTIONS
  1. Line a baking sheet with wax paper or foil.
  2. In a microwave safe bowl, microwave the Mint Chocolate in 30 second increments stirring after every 30 seconds. 
  3. Dip the mini pretzels one at a time in the chocolate and completely cover, lift out with a fork and let the excess chocolate drip into the bowl. 
  4. Lay on cookie sheet and immediately top with sprinkles of your choice.
  5. Repeat with the remaining pretzels.
  6. Allow for chocolate to set in the fridge (15-20 mins)

Alternatively, make these easy little minty bites
INGREDIENTS - makes 30
  • 1/2 Bag of Tiny Pretzel Twists
  • 1/2 bag (10 ounce) Mint Truffle Hershey's kisses 
  • 1/2 bag (9.90 ounce) mint chocolate M & M candies (optional)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees F. 
  2. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  3. Lay pretzels in a single layer on the prepared pan. 
  4. Top each pretzel with a Hershey's kiss. 
  5. Place in the preheated oven for about 3 to 4 minutes. Watch carefully, as kisses should be softened, but not melted. 
  6. Remove from oven and press one M & M candy piece on the top of each Hershey's kiss. 
  7. Place the pan in the refrigerator or freezer for a few minutes until chocolate has cooled and candy has set.
