INGREDIENTS
2 bags of extra buttery microwave popcorn
1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 c. powdered sugar
+ any additional candies/toppings (PB cups, M&Ms, marshmallows)
DIRECTIONS
1. Pop microwave popcorn & take out any unpopped kernels.
2. Transfer popcorn into a large bowl to cool & set aside.
3. Microwave chocolate chips + peanut butter for about 1 minute.
4. Remove from microwave and stir.
5. Microwave an additional 20 seconds and stir again.
Keep doing this until the chocolate and peanut butter are smooth and creamy.
6. Stir in the vanilla.
7. Pour the chocolate mixture over the popcorn and stir gently to coat.
8. Pour 1/3 of the popcorn into a gallon sized zipclose bag and pour in 1 cup of the powdered sugar.
9. Shake gently to coat all the popcorn.
10. Pour onto a sheet of wax paper to cool.
11. Repeat with the remaining popcorn and powdered sugar.
12. Add any additional candies you would like with the popcorn & serve.
Storage: Store in a covered container.
