Quick & Easy Bisquick Apple Cheddar Muffins

INGREDIENTS

1 egg 
2 c. Bisquick™ mix 
3/4 c. coarsely chopped peeled apple 
2/3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 
1/3 c. light brown sugar 
2/3 c. whole milk 
2 Tbs vegetable oil 
1 tsp ground cinnamon

DIRECTIONS

1. Heat oven to 400°F. 

2. Grease bottoms only of 12 regular-size muffin cups with butter, or line with paper baking cups. 

3. In medium bowl, beat egg slightly. 

4. Stir in remaining ingredients just until moistened.

5. Divide batter evenly among cups. 

6. Bake 17 to 19 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
