- I N G R E D I E N T S
- For the Biscuits
- 2 c. original Bisquick baking mix
- 3/4 to 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 to 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 c. water, plus
- 1 Tbs water
- For the Topping
- 3 Tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp dried parsley
D I R E C T I O N S
- 1. Set oven to 400°F.
- 2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- 3. In a large bowl mix together the Bisquick baking mix with grated cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese and garlic powder.
- 4. Add in water, and mix with hands until well combined.
- 5. Shape the dough into into smaller oval shaped biscuit sized balls.
- 6. Transfer to cookie/baking sheet.
- 7. Brush the tops and sides with melted butter; sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning and dried parsley.
- 8. Let the dough rest and cover it loosely with plastic or a clean moist tea towel in the refrigerator for 20-25 minutes before baking.
- 9. Remove from fridge and bake for 25 minutes, or until brown in color
(bake less time for smaller size balls or biscuits, the dough will spread when baked). - 10. Remove from oven & serve.
