- 1/4 c. + 2 Tbsp peanut butter
- 1/4 c. + 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 1/3 c. heavy whipping cream
- Pinch of salt
- Few drops of vanilla extract
- 1 c. chopped peanut butter cups
DIRECTIONS
- In a blender, puree peanut butter, sugar, cream, salt, and vanilla until smooth.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator until cold & whisk every 30-45 minutes until frozen.
- Just before the ice cream is completely done, stir in the chopped peanut butter cups.
